Russell I accept your apologize, but I was told by Josh that I would have the next day the minute I bought it. So I made plans to install that bar. Then according to Josh. I was contacted the day of the order, but to no avail, because I AND Z1 did not update my phone number... I found out that the Part was back ordered by an email that I received at 5pm the following day not the day it was ordered... So I called josh to ask what has happened, I was informed that why I was making sure that Josh and Z1 had the part, two people came in to the store and bought the same HICAS bar that I did and those were the last two... Yes, I choose to wait for the part because I am at the point in the build / upgraded where I NEED this part... Then after talking to Josh again I was told that he could not do anything at the time (6pm on Thursday Night).... I understand that. But then was told that He would have more information and the parts would more than likely be at Z1 on Tuesday and I would get a call on Tuesday for an update.... OK Holiday Weekend, I am fine with that... Tuesday Comes No Call... So I call on Wednesday Morning Looking for information on where the part is? I was told by Josh now that there would be no information until Friday.... And now here I Sit the back of my Z in pieces waiting for this part, and NO information on when it will be here!!! Except for the dropped ball on the bar, Josh’s Customer Service was great... He got the rest of my order shipped out the next day.
